As Operator of Public Relations and Recruitment for Delta Phi Epsilon, I lead creative outreach efforts that shape the chapter’s public image and strengthen member engagement. I manage Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms through trend-driven campaigns that highlight chapter culture while supporting recruitment and retention goals. This role has developed my skills in audience strategy, consumer relations, and campaign planning, blending creativity with data-informed decision making.
I manage and creatively direct Delta Phi Epsilon’s Instagram, overseeing all photography, content creation, and posting strategy to maintain a consistent and engaging chapter presence. Through planned shoots, trend-driven content, and structured scheduling, I’ve increased views and audience interaction over the past year while strengthening the chapter’s online identity. The account reflects a balance of creative storytelling and intentional planning designed to grow reach and build community.
TIK TOK
I manage Delta Phi Epsilon’s TikTok by quickly translating trend analysis into timely, on-brand content that keeps the chapter current and visible. I lead rapid creative production — filming, editing, and posting — to participate in trends as they emerge, helping grow views and interaction through consistent, high-energy storytelling. The account thrives on staying adaptable, fun, and strategically aligned with audience behavior.
RELATIONS & RECRUITMENT
I lead public relations efforts by building genuine connections with potential new members and creating a welcoming, engaging recruitment experience. Through consistent outreach and thoughtful communication, I support both recruiting and retention while helping shape a chapter culture people want to be part of. My approach blends strategy and personality, focusing on relationships that strengthen long-term community.
